Cyrus Chestnut @ Dizzy’s Club: Nice. Wanted it to go so much longer, but at least it definitely gave me a hunger to see some more high-grade jazz in the city. Just being able to see everybody play right there in front of you, see how they’re interacting, and get a feel for how they move together and individually, it’s really a priceless experience. Oh yeah and the music was quality. Goodbye wallet, hello $10 minimums and cover charges.
