It sounds like something off a 2010 The Bodyguard remake. And that’s a very good thing if you’re not up on your Whitney Houston for some reason. The man behind the boards here is Mr. Jeff Bhasker who’s making a name for himself with credits on tracks like “Swagga Like Us”, half of 808’s & Heartbreak (the better half), and a third of The  Blueprint 3. If he’s not the king of that new sound, I’m not quite sure who is.
